Whether you’re feeling stuck, dysregulated, or unsure where to begin, individual counselling offers space to slow down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. I work with young adults facing challenges like anxiety, ADHD, depression, and emotional reactivity — often in the context of school, work, relationships, or recovery.
Our work will draw from evidence-based tools, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), to help you build emotional regulation skills, understand your patterns, and feel more steady in your day-to-day life. We’ll look at the whole picture — your thoughts, nervous system, relational history, and strengths — and create meaningful, whole-person change at a pace that feels right for you.

Couples/Partners Counselling
$200 CAD
Couples therapy for those trying to love well — even when it’s hard.
Every partnership holds a complex emotional system. Whether you’re newly living together, stuck in escalating conflict, or struggling to feel seen, therapy offers a space to slow down and listen differently — to yourselves, and to each other.
I work with couples at various stages, often early in their shared lives, who want to better understand the cycles they get caught in: the fights that repeat, the ruptures that don’t quite heal, the space that starts to feel unsafe or disconnected.
This work isn’t about fixing one person — it’s about noticing the patterns you’ve co-created, and exploring how both of you show up in the relationship. From there, we can begin to shift what needs to change.
Grounded in attachment theory, systems thinking, and deep respect for each partner’s emotional reality, this is work that invites insight, accountability, and repair.

Together, we’ll build structure, explore identity beyond survival, and support your whole self — mind, body, and story — as you rebuild what recovery looks like for you.
